If any of the following acts are committed, it will be considered as an offense related to discipline and conduct:-
(a) In case of consumption of narcotic drugs,
(b) if he behaves in an indecent, unnatural, reprehensible manner or is unkind,
(c) If it causes physical weakness or illness in you,
(d) If he feigns illness or weakness while his body is healthy, or knowingly prolongs the illness or prevents recovery,
(e) inflicts injury on himself or any other person with intent to disqualify himself or any other person for service,
(f) If any officer, officer or badger abuses a person under the jurisdiction of this Act by using criminal force as inferior to him,
(g) If he does not do any work to maintain order and military discipline or if he does any work that is against order and military discipline,
(h) In case of intoxication,
(j) If he does not behave in accordance with his position,
(j) In case of opening, operating or participating in such activities contrary to section 19.
(k) If any soldier is used in any other way except as prescribed in the performance of duty in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
